If you do not have architectural drawings, our team can help. Successive meetings include finalizing building plans, interior selections, engineering, and building lot location and layout.

We Build Your Home
Once these details are finalized and a contract is signed our lender will schedule a closing date. Construction will commence after that date. For most customers, this process takes from 6 to 10 weeks. The construction period lasts anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on the size and complexity of your home.
Meet Tim
Tim began his career path in residential home building at 14 years old. Working for a local custom home builder, spending his summer days sweeping floors and carrying lumber. Tim would often be “lent out” to different subcontractors who needed an extra hand. This led to diverse experiences learning the basics of every trade in the home building process.
“Usually for a week or more at a time, I would be sent to work with one of our subcontractors. I didn’t realize at the time how much information I was absorbing, working with the various trades. One week I would be setting foundation forms and carrying steel-concrete panels, the next week I would be helping pull electrical cable. I worked with great people and loved every minute of those summer days.”
After earning a degree at the University of Dayton, Tim began a career teaching High School history and coaching various sports. After encouragement by his former employers, Tim began building custom homes at the age of 23. The enterprise grew and Tim left teaching in 2015 to become a full-time home builder.
During his downtime, you may find Tim still coaching a little football or exploring our National Parks with his friends and family.
Tim Guilfoyle is a member of the Dayton Area Homebuilders Association and the National Home Builders Association.
